The nurturing process, care and attention from field to plate is of upmost importance, and this is why Ballymoran Meats sources only animals which are up to our high standards from local, family owned and operated farms, including their own, and you cant get more local than that.
Finished on lush grass in the spring and summer months and nutritious silage throughout winter, the animals are sent to the local slaughter house in Lurgan, keeping travelling distances to a minimum as this will greatly reduce stress to the animal which could have an adverse effect on the eating quality of the beef.
