This ageing results in a fantastic flavour and melt in your mouth succulence.

Aberdeen Angus beef tends to have a higher degree of marbling, which produces a distinctive and satisfying flavour, incomparable to the bland over produced taste that we have unfortunately become accustomed to.

Provenance is paramount to us and customers can get full access to the origins of all our products. We believe that great beef only comes from well bred and well looked after cattle. Our meat is kept on the bone and cut to order using traditional methods. We don’t pre- package our goods, fresh means fresh.

Our products have all been finished to a very high standard and as we want you to get the best from your meat we are only too happy to offer our expert advice on the best way to prepare and cook your purchases.
